Terms and Conditions


    Changing Lives is a community filled with consenting individuals 18 years of age and above who share and practice the Universal Laws of giving and receiving.


    Participants have chosen to exercise their right to give freely to others who have joined with the same purpose and understanding.


    Changing Lives is not a business, investment organization, MLM, nor a company or corporation. Changing Lives is not a commercial enterprise of any kind whatsoever, nor do its activities include the solicitation of anyone or anything.


    These guidelines have been established to maintain the integrity and high standards of cash gifting and to enforce respect for participants and the law as it pertains to gifting.


    1. Changing Lives has a Zero Tolerance for Spam. Any Member violating this is at risk of being terminated from the Changing Lives community.


    2. Changing Lives has a variety of marketing materials available to you, and we encourage you to use these materials. If you would like to create marketing materials for Changing Lives, they must be approved for use, and you can gain approval by emailing drafts to Paula.ChangingLives@gmail.com.


    3. When joining, it is a requirement that you refer two people who join within 48 hours, except for Option 2, where you are required to refer only one person who joins. If you do not meet this requirement, your gift will be returned, and your position will become inactive. You are welcome to join the community again at any time.


    4. PLEASE NOTE; if you have received a gift and your giver does not meet guideline 3, it is the responsibility of the member who receives the gift to return it within 24 hours. If you do not meet this requirement without context, your membership may be terminated.

    5. Laws state that it is legal for individuals to give gifts to each other. Please seek independent advice from a tax professional.


    These guidelines keep our community safe, happy & prosperous, and they ensure equal effort to achieve equal outcomes.
